This site is a tribute to Barry Lanz, who was born to Fred and Win Lanz on March 03, 1936.  He grew up in Worthing with his brothers Terry and Rod and sister Jill. He graduated from Imperial College, London with a degree in Mining Engineering. He married Jane in 1960 and they have 3 daughters, Kate, Nen and Rache. The family lived in Copthorne, Sherington and Bedford with spells abroad for his work.

He was a big sports enthusiast and particularly loved both playing and watching rugby and golf. One of his favourite places to be was on the golf course with his friends.

His greatest love was his family and he was very proud of all of his grandchildren, Harry, George, Anna, William, Alex and Arthur. 

He is much loved and will always be sorely missed.
